The new FLEX-2F puts the world's most advanced manual powder coating technology in the palm of your hand. Spray all powders with ease, coat complex geometries with exceptional efficiency and quality, and do it all in the most challenging environments anywhere on earth.
The Flex2F powder coating unit will give you the advantages of better surface finish quality, efficient work and up to 20-30% powder savings compared to other powder coating equipment.
Compared with other powder coating equipment, Flex2F powder coating equipment has the advantages of saving powder and better surface finish quality as well as efficient work.
The Flex2F control unit provides digital current control for precise control of coating thickness (DFT), surface finish.
Patented Digital Valve Control (DVC) technology ensures precise and repeatable powder output regulation and improves film thickness consistency.
For challenging powders such as metals or special effects, the FLEX-2F offers Precision Charge Control (PCC), ensuring accuracy and adjustability of current settings to less than 10 microamps (10 μA).
An integrated 100 kV cascade provides the highest transmission efficiency. This means more powder on the workpiece and less powder in the recovery system!
