This is kind of gas heating oven, it adopts Riello burner. It's material is mainly 150mm rock wool steel board,and it's edge is made of color cold steel board. All material is of high quality and nice bending and welding technology.
We provide free designing service,according to your actual condition, draw a suitable size oven for you. As usually, our equipment can use 10-15 years. In the process of using, if happen any problem, please contact us any time, we have professional team to solve problems for you.

  

Oven use points:

1. After connecting to the power supply, you can turn on 2 sets of heating switches. First turn on the blower switch to make the blower work, and then set the buttons on the control instrument to the temperature you need.

2. When the temperature rises to the required temperature, the indicator light goes out. At the beginning of constant temperature, the temperature may continue to rise, which is the effect of residual heat, and this phenomenon will stabilize in about half an hour. During the constant temperature process, the temperature is automatically controlled with the help of the temperature controller inside the box, without manual management.

3. When the temperature is constant, one group of heating switches can be turned off, and only one group of electric heaters are left to work, so as to avoid excessive power and affect the sensitivity of the constant temperature.

4. The box should be placed in a horizontal place indoors.

5. An iron-shell knife switch should be installed in the power supply line for the exclusive use of this box, and the shell should be grounded.

6. Please check the electrical performance of the box before powering on, and pay attention to whether there is an open circuit or leakage.

7. When everything is ready, you can put the test product, close the door and unscrew the exhaust valve on the top at the same time, then you can connect the power and start working.
