Daily maintenance:

Gemas powder coating equipment is designed with safety in mind and built according to the latest technical specifications. this

It should therefore be noted that there is a danger to life, limbs of the user or third parties, a risk of damage to the device and other machinery belonging to the user and posing a hazard to the efficient operation of the device.
1. Dust spray equipment should only be used after it has been switched on and the operating instructions have been carefully studied.
Improper use of the controls may result in accidents, malfunctions or damage to the controls themselves.
2. Check the operation safety of the equipment before starting each time
(Regular maintenance is very important)!
3. Safety regulations BGI 764 and VDE regulations DIN VDE 0147, Part 1 must be complied with for safe operation.
4. Safety precautions prescribed by local law must be followed.
5. Before starting the machine, the plug must be unplugged for maintenance.

12. As a general rule for all powder spray devices when using a pacemaker, never enter high voltage areas with electromagnetic fields. Persons with pacemakers should not enter areas with powder spray equipment!
