Product Description

The Automatic gun type OptiGun GA03 is suited for the electrostatic coat- ing of objects (in all shapes and geometries) that must be grounded.

When starting up the OptiGun GA03 Automatic powder gun, the following general conditions impacting the coating results must be taken into con- sideration:
 

-Gun correctly connected

-Gun control unit correctly connected

-Corresponding power and compressed air supply available

-Powder preparation and powder quality

* Cascade:

-Using special Japanese antistatic material, can effectively prevent high voltage loss

-Special processing technology, using irrigation and sealing under vacuum environment to ensure that there is no air in the cascade
-There is a special chip at the bottom of the cascade, and the H91 error code will not appear with the original G.

* Gun Cable:

-Pure copper wire is used in the cable with strong conductivity.

-Can effectively prevent the loss of static electricity

-High flexibility, high temperature resistance, will not harden in winter, anti-aging, long service life
