Introduction
The Sure Coat automatic powder spray gun electrostatically charges and sprays organic or metallic powder coatings.
It is used with a Sure Coat automatic gun control unit, or a Sure Coat Modular Gun Control System, or an i Control system.
Features
The spray gun features a straight-through powder path, which minimizes surfaces for impact fusion to occur. The rigid powder tube and all powder path components are easy to remove, clean, and inspect.
The negative-polarity, integral power supply (voltage multiplier) is
user-replaceable. All spray guns are equipped with gun air to prevent
powder from collecting on the electrode.
The quick-disconnect hose connector (1) allows the operator to quickly
switch powder feed hoses while performing a color change.
