With a necessary bottom fluidizing bed contained,
the powders is easily conveyed from the hopper to the powder gun in uniformity.

fluidizing breaks up powder accumulation, remove moisture, greatly improve coating quality.

How to filling powder to the lab hopper
1. Open the powder hopper filling cover.

2. Set the Airmover (if present) by turning the air valve

3. Fill with the powder that must reach to a maximum of 5-10 cm below the cover of the powder hopper, otherwise the fluidized powder will overflow from the cover.

4. Close the filling cover of the powder hopper again.
