Overview:
1. Main structural form:
This valve is composed of valve body, rubber pipe sleeve, valve channel and other parts.
2. Working principle:
When the control medium is not input, the cavity between the rubber pipe sleeve and the valve body is connected to the atmosphere, and the rubber sleeve is in an outward tension state due to the fluid pressure. Because there is a reinforced cord layer arranged at a certain angle in the pipe sleeve, the pipe sleeve is axially and radial pressure balance each other, so the length and diameter of the pipe sleeve will not change due to fluid pressure. When the control medium enters the cavity between the pipe sleeve and the valve body, the rubber pipe sleeve deforms under the medium pressure to carry the current.
3. Installation and maintenance:
a. This valve can be installed arbitrarily on the pipeline without any restrictions on the flow direction of the medium.
b. The maintenance cost of this valve is low, and the rubber pipe sleeve only needs to be replaced according to actual usage.
