We are professional in the powder coating system and liquid painting system. The reason why we can keep our machine powder spraying rate superior to most other suppliers is based on the following reasons:
1. Gun body and cascading shell materials: We use anti-static materials to protect the high voltage when passing through the gun body.
2. Nozzle resistance: We use glass glaze resistance instead of paper film resistance, which can transmit voltage more accurately and has a longer life (that is why the life of our nozzle is 3-4 times longer than that of other nozzles)
3. Gun cable: If we use cheap cables, when the voltage is reduced by 5% from the control unit, we use cables with shielded wires to keep the voltage high.
4. Filter: We use airtac filter (not a cheap brand), which can spray clear air
5. Fuel injector: We use wear-resistant materials to extend the service life.
