Advantage:
The Encore Generation II powder feed pump is a venturi-type pump that supplies organic and metallic powder coatings to powder spray guns. It is available in two versions, Corona and Tribo. The Corona version has two quick-disconnect fittings for flow-rate and atomizing air, while the Tribo version has only one fitting for flow-rate air.
We supply the replacement encore pump ensuring high first-pass transfer efficiency and quality finish, but with most reasonable price!

Litone High quality Nordsons Encore Kit, Negative Power Supply / High Voltage Cascade 1608280
Advantage:
The cascade is sealed with high quality resin, with mature technology, good insulation, not easy to break down and strong electrostatic high voltage.
The gun control unit supplies a high-frequency low voltage of approximately 12 V eff. 
This voltage is fed through the gun cable and thegun plug to the high voltage cascade in the shank of the gun. 
In the high voltage cascade, the low-voltage is high-transformed in a first step. 
This primary high voltage is subsequently rectified and multiplied in the high voltage cascade in a second step, until the required high voltage is attained at the end (approx. 100 kV). 
The high voltage is now fed in the spray nozzle to the electrode.
